OÜ KEERUB – enterprise engaged in job marketing and social sector, founded in 2003 and is dealing with different job market services, trainings and social services in Tallin, Estonia.
OÜ Keerub grew out of the activities of OÜ Puhastusekspert, most of the team of OÜ Keerub, has also worked from OÜ Puhastusekspert and has experience in teaching and training people with different special needs. For example, OÜ Puhastusekspert has received recognition of Act of the year from Unemployment Insurance Fund of Estonia for effectively teaching and training people with special needs in cleaning service field. For the training of people with special needs, specific teaching materials were developed, they were partially digital, including different training videos. The development of the study-materials (http://www.innove.ee/et/kutseharidus/oppematerjalid#koduteenindus) was supported by ESF.
The content of OÜ Keerub services involve teaching different coping skills, aiding unemployed to re-enter or enter job market, conduct job practises and working clubs, helping people with intellectual and psychological disabilities to find work and support working in frames of protected work service and also providing individual counselling to find work. OÜ Keerub is also involved in different procurements providing help and comfort for youth and women. OÜ Keerub is the provider of support service for young people leaving foster-care and guardianship in terms of starting their independent life, the service takes place over, the service is provided by OÜ Keerub in 11 counties out of 15. From the beginning of the year 2017, OÜ Keerub also provides twenty-for hour availability of women support centre in Lääne-Viru County. The women support services include crisis counselling, counselling by case basis, psychological and juridical counselling, psychotherapy and temporary secure accommodation. All services are conducted by the professionals of the field working in or with collaboration of OÜ Keerub. The organisation is also responsible for the homeless centre in Rakvere.
The client base of OÜ Keerub consists of people with different social backgrounds: unemployed, homeless, adult learners with psychological and/or/comorbid with intellectual disabilities, young adults leaving foster-care and guardianship to start their independent life and women who are victims of gender-based violence.
